Previously Richard was a divisional MD of a leading FTSE listed, global recruitment firm in London for over 12 years. In 2013 Richard founded Lloyd May property recruitment and more recently is a founder of LMRE the market leading global Proptech talent management consultancy. Richard has an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and challenges within the global resourcing and real estate markets and is passionate helping our clients grow and scale their businesses whilst maintaining a fun and rewarding working environment.
