With a rapidly expanding portfolio of residential buildings, they are redefining the property management experience and fostering thriving communities.
As the Vice President of Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing operational strategies, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead, develop, and expand operational teams while driving process efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide leadership and mentorship to operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
● Design, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
● Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
● Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine operational technologies.
● Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and handling escalations as needed.
● Manage budgets, resource allocation, and key operational performance metrics.
● Leverage AI, automation, and offshore solutions to drive operational efficiencies.
Requirements
● 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
● Proven ability to lead and scale teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
● Expertise in designing and implementing operational processes and systems.
● Experience integrating technology solutions to enhance operational performance.
● Strong problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
● Familiarity with project management methodologies and business intelligence tools.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
