Strategic Account Manager

Our client is a global tenant experience platform that enhances engagement and operational efficiency in commercial real estate. They have lots of existing business in their US portfolio and need an extra pair of hands on board to take care of their client base and retain all of the relationships they’ve worked hard to cultivate! The B2B SaaS platform offers tools designed to connect landlords, property managers and tenants so anyone with experience speaking to these types of personas will do well in the interview process.

The role:

• Fully remote role in the US, travel occasionally required 
• Base salary ~$105K, plus $50K commission (up to $155K total OTE)
• Clients in the US include Bridge, Adams and Co etc, so need someone commercial who is used to talking to important customers!
• 70% farming from existing accounts, and then in the future likely some net new business
• Cold calling and outbound efforts still required at a later date but not a hunter heavy role while you adapt to the existing relationships
• The Global Director of Sales is based out of the UK, but you will report into him. You must be able to work independently in a remote setting
• Existing commercial real estate network/knowledge massive bonus
• Experience in a high-growth startup also desirable. They are a series D in size but as there’s only a team of 2 CSMs on US soil in your team team currently, you will need to show autonomy
• Their 2 US sales people have just left after a 6 and 9 years tenure due to personal reasons so longevity is key this role to now look after what they started
