Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of secure access & delivery management solutions to residential homes and businesses.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and resourceful Business Developer Manager to support our client’s expansion in the UK. You will be responsible our client’s solutions to building managers, owners and housing associations (HOAs). You will also be responsible for collecting market insights to ensure their product is continuously developing and improving. You will be in charge of building strategic relationships with the top real estate management companies, effectively leading their expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Full 360 new business-focused sales role; building your own pipeline and qualifying leads
• – Utilise and build your network of building managers, owners, and housing associations
• – Conduct product demos and negotiations with high-level prospects
• – You will leverage on your network and experience to accelerate expansion
• – Build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers
• – You will work collaboratively with other departments including leaders, Marketing, Install Operations and Customer Support

Requirements:

• – 5+ years in SaaS Sales (full 360 sales)
• – Recent experience in PropTech – residential highly preferable
• – A network of relevant contacts – building owners, building managers, housing associations
• – A strong salesperson with a proven track record in meeting/exceeding quota
• – Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• – Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

– Experience in building a lead pipeline and in qualifying leads
Nice-to-have experience:

• – Bachelor’s degree
• – Advanced proficiency in German or Italian
