Associate Account Executive, to help a global ConTech expand in the German market.

About the Role
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal Associate AEs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads and projects, start new relationships, demonstrating the platform offering and set-up sales closer to success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
  
Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on large enterprise companies and identify key personas.
  • Outbound omni-channel approach: Engaging through cold calls, email sequences and LinkedIn, to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver value proposition, qualify prospect needs, and discover valuable information through intro meetings.
  • Demonstrate platform offering to potential prospects in the key accounts.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective contacts.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with the sales team and regional lead to ensure our company’s goals are met.

  
Qualifications & Person Specification

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in an individual contributor role with a strong BDR/SDR background
  • Strong attention to details with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment, takes initiative, and collaborates effectively to drive success
  • Fluent in German and strong written and verbal proficiency in English
